How to Book your Holiday Rentals Vienna Apartment

RESERVATIONS

We take reservations by the following methods:

check -in after 4.00pm on the day of arrival

check -out before 10.00am on the day of departure

CONFIRMED BOOKING

Once we receive the prepayment of 25% , the reservation becomes a confirmed booking

PREPAYMENT

Prepayment of 25% of the total amount due for the full booking must be forwarded

within three working days

In order to make prepayment, we will forward you my bank details with

confirmation of the reservation.

If prepayment is not received, the booking will be cancelled.

Confirmation of receipt of prepayment will be made immediately it clears

in my bank account.

BALANCE DUE AFTER PREPAYMENT

The balance of the payment due will be paid in cash on your arrival when the keys

are handed over.

Should your stay be more than 7 days, a deposit of EUR 100 will be required,

in addition to the balance of the payment due.

The deposit of EUR 100 will be returned following inspection of the apartment and

no report of any damage.

CANCELLATION

If you have to cancel your reservation, we require an e-mail or letter

at least 7 days prior to your planned arrival date.

The 25 % deposit will be returned to your bank, minus the bank charges for this transaction.

For cancellations within one week of the arrival date the prepayment will be charged

as a cancellation fee.
